Terms of Service
Welcome to Denmark Wedding Services. By using our services, you agree to the following terms. We act as an intermediary between you and Danish authorities to facilitate your wedding application.
1. Service Scope
1.1 We provide assistance in checking, formatting, and submitting documents to the Danish Agency of Family Law. 1.2 We are not a government body and cannot guarantee approval, though our experience and pre-submission document review help reduce the risk of errors.
2. Payments & Refunds
2.1 A service fee of €799.00 is paid upfront upon booking. This fee covers document review, preparation, and submission to the Danish authorities, and it already includes the Danish authority (Familieretshuset) application fee — there are no additional mandatory fees. 2.2 The following optional additional services can be selected and paid separately after the initial document submission: Apostille Service (€100) and Certified Document Translation DE ⇄ RU (€50 per document). The Date Reservation Service (€499) is a separate service governed by its own agreement, available only to couples who already hold their own Familieretshuset approval and an unused booking link. 2.3 Refunds after cancellation are governed by Section 4 and depend on how far your application has progressed.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 You must provide authentic, unaltered documents. 3.2 You are responsible for ensuring your visa/residency status allows entry into Denmark/Schengen zone. 3.3 You must attend the ceremony appointment on time.
4. Cancellations
4.1 Cancellations must be submitted in writing to contact@denmarkweddingservices.com. 4.2 If you cancel within 14 days of payment and before we have submitted your application to the Danish Agency of Family Law (Familieretshuset), we refund the full €799.00 fee minus a handling fee of €99. 4.3 If you cancel later (after these 14 days, or after the application has been submitted) and before your ceremony date has been confirmed in writing by the municipality, we refund 50% of the fee. 4.4 Once your ceremony date has been confirmed in writing by the municipality, the fee is non-refundable; it includes the Danish authority fee paid on your behalf. 4.5 Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. 4.6 Failure to upload required documents within 6 months may result in file closure; any refund then follows 4.2–4.4 according to the stage reached. 4.7 We reserve the right to cancel the service if fraudulent or falsified documents are provided, without any refund.
5. Liability
5.1 We are not liable for delays caused by strikes, natural disasters, or changes in Danish law. 5.2 We are not liable for travel disruptions (flights, hotels) resulting from rescheduled court dates.
6. Privacy & Data
6.1 We handle personal data in strict compliance with GDPR. 6.2 Your documents are shared *only* with the Danish Agency of Family Law and relevant municipal authorities.
