Terms of Service
Welcome to Denmark Wedding Services. By using our services, you agree to the following terms. We act as an intermediary between you and Danish authorities to facilitate your wedding application.
1. Service Scope
1.1 We provide assistance in checking, formatting, and submitting documents to the Danish Agency of Family Law. 1.2 We are not a government body and cannot guarantee approval, though our experience and pre-submission document review help reduce the risk of errors.
2. Payments & Refunds
2.1 A service fee of €800 is paid upfront upon booking. This fee covers document review, preparation, and submission to the Danish authorities. 2.2 The following optional additional services can be selected and paid separately after the initial document submission: Apostille Service (€100), Ceremony Date Change (€200), Preferred Date Request (€200), and Certified Document Translation DE ⇄ RU (€50 per document). 2.3 The €800 service fee is non-refundable once payment has been processed. By completing the payment, you acknowledge and accept that this amount is not subject to reimbursement, regardless of whether you choose to cancel or discontinue the service. 2.4 If you wish to change an already reserved ceremony date, you may do so by purchasing the Ceremony Date Change additional service for €200. The date may be changed again if necessary; however, once the process has started, it cannot be cancelled.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 You must provide authentic, unaltered documents. 3.2 You are responsible for ensuring your visa/residency status allows entry into Denmark/Schengen zone. 3.3 You must attend the ceremony appointment on time.
4. Cancellations
4.1 The €800 service fee is non-refundable under any circumstances once payment is completed. 4.2 Cancellations made after document submission to the Danish authorities will result in forfeiture of both the service fee and the state processing fee. 4.3 Failure to upload required documents within 6 months may result in file closure without refund. 4.4 We reserve the right to cancel the service if fraudulent or falsified documents are provided, without any refund.
5. Liability
5.1 We are not liable for delays caused by strikes, natural disasters, or changes in Danish law. 5.2 We are not liable for travel disruptions (flights, hotels) resulting from rescheduled court dates.
6. Privacy & Data
6.1 We handle personal data in strict compliance with GDPR. 6.2 Your documents are shared *only* with the Danish Agency of Family Law and relevant municipal authorities.
