ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION
You have the right to request deletion of your Denmark Wedding Services account and all associated data at any time. We delete every piece of personal data we hold about you within 30 days of your request, with the limited exceptions noted below for legal record-keeping.
Send an email from the email address associated with your account to:

In the email body, please confirm: (1) the full name(s) on your account, (2) the email address(es) the account is registered under, (3) that you understand the deletion is permanent.
Within 5 business days you will receive a confirmation email from us. Within 30 days from your request, all personal data we hold about you is permanently deleted from our systems.
Danish bookkeeping law (Bogføringsloven) requires us to keep certain transactional records for 5 years. We may retain anonymized invoice records (date, package type, amount paid) without your name, email, or other personal identifiers for that period. We also retain communications required by Familieretshuset (Danish Agency of Family Law) for the legal duration of any active marriage application until you officially withdraw it.
If you also use our mobile app, deleting your account via the email above also deletes your data inside the app. The app does not store any personal data locally beyond a session token, which is invalidated immediately on account deletion. You can also remove the app from your device through your operating system's standard app removal process at any time.
