Apostille Service
€100After the ceremony we take care of the apostille on your Danish marriage certificate. It is usually needed when you will use the certificate outside the EU; within the EU it is generally not required, although some offices still ask for one.
Date Reservation Service
€499.00For couples already approved by Familieretshuset who cannot get a ceremony date. Dates are added at random moments and taken within seconds — we monitor your kommune around the clock and reserve the first one that appears.
About the Date Reservation ServiceCertified Document Translation (DE ⇄ RU)
€50 per documentProfessional and officially accepted translations from German to Russian or Russian to German, prepared to meet administrative requirements for marriage procedures.
Booking starts with the free checklist (about 2 minutes). Then: application questions → your pre-filled forms → document upload → payment at the end.
Refund policy: cancel within 14 days of payment and before we submit your application — full refund minus a €99 handling fee. Cancel later (after the 14 days or after the application has been submitted) and before your ceremony date is confirmed by the municipality — 50% refund. After the date is confirmed — non-refundable.
